Double Down Finding Labs is doing a research project in Sydney, Australia beginning in February of 2013 and continuing through January of 2014. During that time period, we need to find a air cargo company that can help send our findings and samples back to our labs in the Netherlands, Zutphen, to be exact. We are mostly doing excavation work in the suburbs of Sydney, but Sydney is where we will be shipping from, giving that is where we are staying most of the time and it being a larger city. We will need to ship dirt and rock samples for analysis as well as what other findings we come across such as bone fragments, pottery pieces, shell casings and so forth. Since it is such a far distance, we would be requiring some insurance on your end that the delivery of said air cargo shipment be made in an extremely time sensitive manner. We will require tracking of all packages that come and go between the two sites and accountability if something ends up damaged for whatever reason.
