Ship rental for oil company

Dear sir, We are looking to rent a ship for my client who is an oil company located in Tunisia . This company needs this ship to transport their staff from the different islands where its oil fields are , the ship will also be used to transport some spare parts when needed. The company submitted to me the following conditions : 3500 to 4500 horse power engines 300 square meters surface on board Large tank capacity of Gasoline and of water (for running the ship) Age of ship shouldnt exceed the 10 year range Ship will be rented daily for a long period of time .
