I must arrange for shipping international air cargo to Costa Rica. Can your company advise me on how to best prepare this cargo for shipping by air? The cargo will be enclosed in 4 wooden crates, and all of the items will be secured within these crates. Must we also prepare the cargo for drastic changes in temperature? Or is this something that only ocean cargo must be prepared? We are shipping from our warehouse here in Miami, Florida, in the United States. So we are near to a major international airport that has a large cargo terminal. Is this where you will enter our cargo into the air freight system? When can you make an pickup at our warehouse? And how soon will you deliver this cargo to Costa Rica? Will our customer have to pickup this cargo at the air cargo terminal in Costa Rica? Or do you have the means to deliver it to them?
